Why do you sing?
Wellllll, in elementary school, I absolutely adored my chorus teacher. She was so enthusiastic and nice towards everything. So I loved that class and was able to express my happiness through singing! My moms friend also introduced BCC to me :)
What is BCC?
BCC stands for the Boston Childrens Chorus. There are about 11 different ensembles in the entire organization. I’m hoping next year to reach the top level! My group is right below the top level! You have no idea how much its changed my life. If you like singing and are hoping to study music in college, I really recommend joining a choir. I’ve improved a lot and I’ve learned so many techniques. ive also met amazing people who i honestly think im closer with than my friends from my town. And do not worry about the stereotype of “being in a choir outside of school”. I feel like its somethings to brag about honestly because I love it so much! Any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
